Nic's Pilates love started with a personal nasty (almost surgical) spinal injury. Following the birth of her second baby, Nic was teaching a lot of high-impact classes and working-out a lot in the gym with very heavy weights. Sadly like so many women in the world, Nic was not guided postnatal to a pelvic health physio to check the status of her pelvic floor and core function. This resulted in a gym program that was too heavy too soon and no pelvic floor activation or rebuilding! The spinal injury sparked the change Nic's whole career and (honestly) life!!
Welcome to the world of Pilates and core training!
Fast forward a couple of years and some serious daily consistency and the spinal surgery was averted! This also sparked Nic's curiosity about everything pre-postnatal fitness care.
Nic then completed the full Pilates Diploma in London, and continued upskilling in Postnatal and pregnancy care, for the following 20 years.
No also proudly trained and part of MumSafe™, guaranteeing a high level of up-to-date information and upskilling. So, is well-versed in providing postnatal and pregnancy care, offering techniques that aid in recovery after giving birth and preparing for a strong birth.

You will also undergo a body assessment, testing for how your core is functioning to make sure you are working to your full potential, but also to make sure you arent missing something that needs to be assessed buy a pelvic health physio.
