About Nic
My love and passion for Pilates started many years ago (I feel really old now!). After 3 babies (one at age 40!), spinal surgery recommendation, and other body injuries all from teaching far too many hogh impact fitness classes, I found PILATES! Its is safe to say it saved my life!
Sadly like so many women in the world, I was was not guided postnatal to a pelvic health physio to check the status of my pelvic floor and core function. This was the cause of so many body issues, one of which nearly ended my fitness career. But likely I tried Pilates 25 years ago and I persisted, to my betterment.
Fast forward a few years and some serious daily consistency, and here I am today bringing you all the latest research in the postnatal and prenatal fitness field.
Aligning with a few carefully selected pelvic health physiotherapists to bring you the best care pre or post baby, which is exactly what we are all about here at MSP.
My aim is make sure you have all the most current information for you make an informed decision about your care. I am here to care, guide and support you in that journey. One team-one dream! (corny but true)

About Us

At Mama Strength & Pilates, we aim to provide affordable Pilates without compromising on expert knowledge and care. This is why our students enjoy our semi-private class format, with only 4 people in the room at one time, your care is our #1 goal!
You will also undergo a body assessment, testing for how your core is functioning to make sure you are working to your full potential, but also to make sure you arent missing something that needs to be assessed buy a pelvic health physio.
